How long does shipping take?

Where do you ship from?

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we ship exclusively within the United States. We are thoughtfully working toward expanding our availability in the future.

I entered the wrong shipping address. What should I do?

My tracking says 'dilivered' but I didn't receive it.

Returns and Refunds

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused and unopened products in their original condition. Because our products are skincare items, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used products for hygiene and safety reasons.

How long do I have to request a return?

You may request a return within 14 days of the delivery date. Requests made after this period may not be eligible.

Can I return an opened product?

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned. If you experience any concerns with your order, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.

Are shipping fees refundable?

While we offer complimentary shipping on all orders, the original shipping cost is valued at $20and is non-refundable.

If a return is approved for reasons other than damage or incorrect items, the $20 shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.

If your item arrived damaged or incorrect, we will cover all associated shipping costs.

What if my product arrived damaged?

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us (email: contact@aunovaofficial.com) within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

What is the shelf life?

Unopened products typically have a shelf life of 36 months from the date of manufacture.

For optimal performance, we recommend using the product within the indicated period after opening.

What does the PAO symbol mean?

The PAO (Period After Opening) symbol ,shown as an open jar icon on the packaging, indicates how long the product should be used after it is first opened.

For example, '12M' means the product should be used within 12 months after opening.

How should I store the product?

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and excessive heat. Avoid exposing the product to extreme temperature changes.

How can I check the expiration or batch information?
