How long does shipping take?

Orders placed before 12 PM PT ship the same business day. Orders placed after 12 PM PT ship the following business day.

Standard Shipping (3–7 business days) is complimentary. Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days) is available for USD$15.

How can I track my order?

A shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent once your order has shipped. Use the tracking link provided in the email to monitor your shipment in real time.

Where do you ship from?

All orders are fulfilled and shipped from our U.S. fulfillment center in California.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship exclusively within the United States.

I entered the wrong shipping address. What should I do?

Please contact us as soon as possible at contact@aunovaofficial.com. If your order has not yet shipped, we will attempt to update the shipping address.

Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to modify the address. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

My tracking says 'dilivered' but I didn't receive it.

Please check with your neighbors and your local carrier first. In some cases, packages may be marked as delivered before final drop-off.

If you are still unable to locate your package, contact us at contact@aunovaofficial.com and we will assist you.

Returns and Refunds

What is your return policy?

Due to the nature of skincare products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@aunovaofficial.com with photos of the issue. We will review the case and provide a replacement or refund if applicable.

What if my product arrived damaged?

Once reviewed and approved, we will provide a replacement or refund as applicable.

We accept PayPal and major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.

When will I be charged?

You will be charged at the time your order is placed and payment is successfully processed.

Do you charge sales tax?

Sales tax is applied where required by law.
The exact amount will be calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. All payments are processed through secure, encrypted payment providers. We do not store or have access to your full payment information.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Orders cannot be modified or canceled once they have been placed.

Product and Safety

How long does the product last?

Unopened products typically have a shelf life of 36 months from the date of manufacture.

How long can I use the product after opening?

After opening, we recommend using the product within 6 months. Refer to the PAO symbol on the packaging for the specific period.

How should I store the product?

Store the product in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and excessive heat.
Keep the container tightly closed when not in use.

How can I find the batch information?

Each product is marked with a batch code for quality control purposes. The batch code can be found on the bottom of the product packaging.

Where are your products manufactured?

Our products are manufactured in South Korea in facilities that comply with applicable cosmetic manufacturing standards.

Are your products safety tested?

Yes. Our products undergo safety and stability testing to ensure they meet cosmetic quality standards.

Are your products cruelty-free?

Yes. We do not test our finished products or ingredients on animals.
